I'll throw this message in Pader, a river in Germany, hopping that she finds it one day
This is a top secret message to a girl who traveled from Paderborn, a city in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, to the gate of my heart, and because she's very nice, intelligent and beautiful, I let her in.
When she arrived, I didn't know that this girl will be the light of my darkness. "There is something special about this girl, and I'll figure out what it is," I said after meeting her for the first time at the Fisherman's wharf in San Francisco. I didn't see her for about three weeks after that incident.
Fortunately, I saw her again when we went to the Moveable Feast event with friends. That night was amazing because after it, we become closer as a group, that night our hearts met and started to form a bond which becomes stronger every day on.
One day, we went to Mountain View Downtown to check it out and see if there is anything interesting. We ate dinner at a Mediterranean restaurant where she tried the humus for the first time in her life "maybe."
Oh snap, I forgot to introduce her. This is Helena Klump everyone.
I can't forgot when she afforded me her place to have my birthday party, and surprised me with an amazing gift. I was staring at that gift for weeks. Despite what happened during the party, it was a great one. However, we have a criminal profile now lol.
Helena is my first choice if I'm facing problem simply because she's a great listener. Although it's kind of annoying to her to listen to all my complaints, but it shows how sweet she is. Oh I'll miss her so much. That's a good one, I remember when I used to ask her to change her dressing style, oh man I was pushing her off, but, at the end, she explained why she didn't care about changing, so I understood and never asked her again. This is Helena's style.
After five months together and after many great, bad and extremely strange moments, it’s the time to say good bye. Yes, she is leaving today. Isn’t it sad? I’ll let my tears express what I feel right now.
I planned to make a short film for her where everyone says something nice to her; unfortunately, the time was a barrier. Instead, I gave her a novel the genre she prefers which is crimes and murdering novels> that's weird I know but don't judge her. Also, Ziyad and I shared money and bought a digital photo album to post all her pictures with the group. I hope she likes them.
Before anyone of our group leaves, we used to write or say something to him as advice or wish. Therefore, I asked everyone to write something to her, here is what they wrote:
Enjoy the little things in your life..For one day you will look back and realize they were the big things!! Good luck Helena. -Bader.
Good luck, wish you a bright future and blah blah blah. -Omar.
^Akasmak Ah aseebk laa..am so happy that I spent a good time with the nicest person in Germany, and this is not the end of the friendship, but this is a new chapter of this friendship, I wish a successful life for you^ -Aziz.
Dear Helena, I hope you had a great time with us & in the U.S. Also, I hope you achieve all your goals in the near future..Good luck, we all love you. -Ziyad.
No enough and strong words to describe the amazing Helena: intelligent, smart, super quiet, fabulous, neat, reasonable, attractive, friendly, magnanimous, humble, cool; no they are not enough. Let's say simply you are super nice Helena. May all your hopes and dreams become reality. -Yves.
Hey Helena, the most important thing that I can say now is that I will miss you so much. I'm glad for meeting you, and I'll never forget how much I enjoyed learning German that evening we spent at Jack in the box, or how funny was every time that you said my name in your particular way, thank you for those, and all those moments that we shared. I wish you just the best in this new beginning in Germany and I hope to see you again. -Your Colombian friend Jorge.
I think saying "thanks for the great time" for you is not enough, but I want to say thank you fot being part of all the best memories I had in the U.S. I wish you a good life full of success, although I already know that you will. A big hug from far away. Wishing you the best. -Juan Antonio the "Chileno loco." Viel Glück!
This is the end of a wonderful chapter in my life called Helena Klump. I wish her a nice, safe and relaxing trip. I hope she doesn't sleep the whole trip>MOO!
